StyleWe.com: A Review

Have you heard or visited the clothing site StyleWe?  Is it worth it to spend $$ here? Is it legit? Read on for a review.

StyleWe has a beautiful selection of modern fashion clothes. But, if you visit their Facebook page or SiteJabber you’ll notice a lot of negative complaints. Here’s my experience with StyleWe.

I ordered the below garment on and expected it to arrive within 2 weeks time based on their shipping information. You’re given a tracking number to follow your package. As I checked on it, it seemed to be stuck in Hong Kong for about a week. I emailed StyleWe’s customer service and after a couple of days received a reply. But, it was a form letter stating how sorry they were about me wanting to return my item. Uh?

I replied back saying I hadn’t even gotten my item yet and wanted to know the status. At this point I was getting nervous about one, giving them my credit card information and two, maybe all the negative comments I had read on the Facebook fan page were true.

About 2 days later I received an email stating that it got hung up in customs and to be patient. Good with me, at least I heard back from someone. Funny, how you feel like a little kid rushing to the mailbox every day, peering in, did it come yet!?

Week four I received an email saying it was in Kentucky.

A little more than five weeks and finally arrived in my mailbox.

Here’s my observations

Website/Business

First, it’s from China, but they may have someone in New York managing things, social media etc. Plus, the photos are very professional and highly styled.

They state that these are independent designers although I have yet to find an actual designer on Instagram or anywhere for that matter. My ‘designer’ is ElenYun. But, I can’t find any information on her beyond what is on their website.

If I was a designer on this site I’d be more than concerned with the negative comments.  But, you can read how StyleWe is a fashion designers ‘best friend’.

The website can be hard to read. There are many errors and sometimes it just doesn’t make sense. It seems like they might be using Google Translate.

They have updated their website since I first ordered. And, they have updated their shipping information. Read it before you purchase something.

If you have any complaints and are not getting a response via email, try their Facebook page or on SiteJabber, they will (from what I’ve seen) answer you (they did in my case).

I noticed that they don’t always show the different colors of the same dress. You have to click on the designer to see all that is offered by that designer, and it will show you if a dress comes in a different color.

You can search by size, fabric type and designer from a menu on the left hand side.

From the comments return/exchanges can be delayed just as long as purchasing.

  1. Submit a Return/Exchange request on their website.
  2. Email proof of your purchase
  3. Send item back
  4. Wait

More on how you need to return an item.

When I made my order they were using DHL. DHL service is used Europe and Asia. DHL most likely doesn’t have the same amount of hubs that FedEx does so that could account for more delays (at least in the U.S.). It looks like on my order DHL sent it to a USPS center and then delivered to my house. So you can see they possibility for delays. Which is fine. I don’t need a 60.00 dress to arrive the next day.

Overall, I feel that this is a new e-commerce company that may have started in Asia and then decided to go global. It just doesn’t feel like they have enough people to manage it correctly for westerners conditioned to more transparency, instant gratification and better communication.

Plus, as a consumer if you buy something knowing ahead of time that it might take 4-6 weeks it might alleviate any anxiety. Many people left comments thinking the whole company was a sham. If I order again, I will definitely be more chill.

Fit

This is the garment I purchased. I deliberately purchased something that wasn’t expensive and was generous in fit.

stylewedress

The fabric is polyester, the back has two layers of sheer, chiffon type fabric. Plus, there are small shoulder pads. You MUST look at the fitting specs for each item, even if it is the same ‘designer’. Looking through the dresses, in some cases I was a small and in others a large. I’m sure everything is “Made in China”.

For this purchase I selected a medium based on the measurements. I was concerned about the sleeves, thought they might be too tight, so I felt good about ordering the medium.

The photos are top notch and there are several views and a zoom feature that you can use.

Quality? It is a 60.00 dress. As a seamstress I can tell you it looks like any other mass produced garment. I would be interested to see some of the higher priced garments and their details fabric etc..

Overall I’m happy with the purchase. Would I buy again? I’m concerned about the fast fashion aspect and working conditions. This site reminds me of similar China based clothing sites that offer dresses, garments etc for 11.99 and such. The garments on StyleWe are touted as designed by independent designers and the designs themselves are very beautiful and modern. I do love what they have on there, no doubt about that.

But, I wonder how much the designers get, who are they and more transparency on that end.  I would love to hear from one of the designers. Why don’t they put one up on their Facebook page instead of the cute puppies and ‘look how I lost 10 pounds” videos. Their Facebook feeds doesn’t seem as professional as I think it could be.

Alternatives

I’ve been looking around for other independent fashion designers, maybe closer to home, that give me the transparency that I want.

These companies look promising and in some cases have been on the scene for several years. The prices vary, some are a little steep for me, so to the sewing machine!

Have you used StyleWe, what was your experience? Please leave suggestions or comments. Plus, I would love to know if there is other similar sites to StyleWe that have multiple designers on it, but maybe with more info on the designers themselves.

Thanks!

  1. The items received are poor quality from what is advertised. The process of applying coupons and discounts are so confusing. The time for items arrival various from six weeks to two months.

  2. I have yet to get my order from this company, but I view all Asian clothing companies as the same. If you look at many different company’s online catalogues, you will see a number of the same garments, leading to the conclusion that there are several manufacturers they all order from. As for fabrics, I at 74 I have lived long enough to remember the days of fabulous fabrics in clothes that were guaranteed at better department stores and super cheap stuff for poor folks at the dime store. A lot of stuff coming out of Asia is dime store quality fabric. Therefore, when I buy things, it’s usually just tops I will wear casually with jeans and shorts and I keep purchases under $25/garment. I never count on returning anything. For EACH garment, I refer to the size chart. If it’s a tight fit, I go up a size, because the cheap cotton will shrink. Furthermore, I accept that the fabric may be so thin that I will have to wear a tank top or camisole under it. I have lost 80 lbs and needed all new clothes. I am gifted with a body that tightened well from shrinking and for the most part, almost every thing I’ve gotten fits and washes okay, but I’ve become quite experienced in ordering from Asia, know their photo tricks and know which styles will still look ok if they aren’t quite like as advertised.I also accept they don’t live up to Walmart standards. For better clothing, I turn to top brands on eBay and have been very successful there.

  3. This is the WORST company I have ever dealt with online or in brick and mortar. DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!! I ordered several dresses in May and thought the clothes looked so cute and unique. I ordered up in size by 1-2 sizes per the online sizing advice. It arrived after 4 weeks, which was several days AFTER I actually needed the items for an event. What I received look NOTHING like I saw online. The clothing is cheap, poorly made and is in line with the quality you find at Ross or Forever 21 or worse. None of it fit, nor would I have wanted it even if it did. I sent it back.
I declined their scam to give me a 15% cash refund or 20% store credit for my purchase (rather than returning the items) and spent the expensive shipping back to China. My package made it all the way to China in REGULAR mail in 2 weeks (which is over 7000 miles), but they are claiming it did not make it 621 miles their headquarters 3 months time!!! Of course, you cannot track your package to China and they are now claiming the tracking has expired (convenient). They state it must be lost or “may” be returned to me.. LIKE I WOULD WANT TO SEE THAT CRAP AGAIN!
Bottom line, I don’t care how cute you think their stuff is, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! It is a SCAM and you can find much better stuff out there from a company with more reputable business practices!

  4. Stay Away!!!
    An awful experience!
First off, Clothes are basic polyester, cheep looking, with a boxy and unflattering cut. Sizing inconsistent and inaccurate. Shipping takes too long and returns, although, their warehouse is in California, they insist on them being send back to China, so to discourage you with the shipping costs.
Customer service representative was argumentative and disrespectful. It felt like I was arguing with a teenager with a ready retort to everything I say. She was more focused on winning the argument then creating a good rapport with a customer. There was no doubt in mind of her age or the fact that her emails were not supervised. I actually had the physical sensation of loosing braincells with every email I was willing to entertain and the only reason I did was because I couldn’t believe I got duped.
The experience was a humbling lesson for me to stay away from overseas companies that do not have the business codes we came to relay upon in this country.
    NEVER AGAIN!

  5. Do not ever order from this company. If you don’t like your item, it is crazy expensive to receive a refund or to do an exchange. For instance, I ordered a sweater. It took 24 days to arrive, which was too late. So I said I wanted to return. They said sure, but I would have to pay the return shipping. But they’re in CHINA. So the shipping quote was over $100!!!!

  6. BEWARE!

The clothing is AWFUL. The red dress with flowers that looks like a heavy cotton on Stylewe website is made of a cheap parachute material, and the green cotton dress is HUGE. It looks like a tent. I immediately returned the items, which they make the buyer ship directly to China. There is a California return address, P.O. Box 6368 SOH, Rosemead, CA 91770, which they will NOT allow the buyer to ship to. I am filing a complaint with the California Attorney General’s Office.

I did ship the items to China, but it cost $35.00. It’s a matter of principal for me, and if Paypal doesn’t refund my money on these hideous items, I will NEVER use their services again. Companies like this should not be allowed to sell in the US.

    • If you look up that address he has scammed millions. Not just on clothes but anything people love. You’ll find pages and pages on this. It goes back to 2014! Why haven’t the feds picked up this scam crew. PayPal has pages of scams too. It’s insane, I called up the usps on the box and I got this guy who turned everything I said around and was angry. Obviously he owns this little mailbox store! He keeps shutting my case down but hopefully he will get it!

  7. The Stylewe designs appeal to me. I decided to give them a try and I ordered one top. It took six weeks to arrive even though the “Shipping Method” listed on the receipt says, “Express delivery”. It’s a nice garment, the fabric is a linen-cotton blend, no polyester, and I expect to enjoy wearing it. However, I doubt I will order from Stylewe again due to the exceptionally long time it took to ship my order combined with the many negative reviews I have read about the company and its poor customer service. Nordstrom will remain my mainstay. If I see something I really like in the Stylewe ads that I can’t find anywhere else, I may try sewing something similar.

  8. All I am going to say is this is a shady overseas company. I bought a dress. They use Paypal for transactions. I never got any tracking or shipping information. after 18 days it arrived. The dress was a mass produced, cheaply made dress. The label inside did not reflect the so called “designer” that designed it but some chinese manufacturer that was not listed on the site. The return policy is insane. I took the 15% return because the dress is trash, I want nothing to do with this company and I doubt if I will even see the refund. This is an overseas scam people. They spend tons of money on website and advertising only to get your money and send you poor quality garbage. They create an expensive return policy so you will not return. I bet the dress I bought cost them about 10.00 to make and I paid 70.00 A legit company would have a US return center…Do not get “sucked in” by the beautiful website. It’s a trap. You won’t get anything that looks like what you are seeing, the quality is horrible, the customer service is rude at best and they scam you.

    • The PayPal is a new option. I didn’t have that option. I think you’re right, if they had a US Return Center it would be far better. Especially in getting your money back. But with all the complaints they don’t seem to bothered with not having set up something like that.

      • A friend told me a mutual friend of ours had been very pleased with all her dresses from STYLEWE so I ordered without doing research! I regret this. BUT so far, it hasn’t been too bad . . .yet. I ordered a bunch of dresses, in three orders for a wedding in three months. So plenty of time. First arrived, loved the unusual designs! Alas, as others have said, made for slim figures, with small bustlines. I ordered the largest size they made. The underslip was ridiculously small, the overdress of lace fit me in one color, but not in the second color (which I preferred). I am getting ready to return them. We’ll see how it goes. However, I feel they have been responsible with their emails and chat responses so far. Based on the feedback here, and reading the measurements more carefully, I decided to cancel two of the dress before they had “shipped”. I contacted the chat and with some patience with language issues, they agreed to cancel those two before they went out and refund me. They warned me it might take two weeks for the refund to show in my account. Fingers crossed. The other dresses that are still coming may not fit either, but the style is more forgiving, so I am hopeful. I really wish I had researched . . . probably would have waited to make multiple orders! I was on a mission . . .

    • I don’t know what the people who give bad reviews on here are buying, but everything, EVERYTHING I’ve purchased has been beyond amazing. Great cut, design, fabric – way beyond anything you get off the rack here in the states. I only wish the US would make great quality here like they did in the forties, fifties, sixties and seventies. We get nothing but trash since the recession. This company has changed my lifestyle for the better. I had been begging to find what they offer. As for the 15% restocking fee you mention, I’ve never been charged a restocking fee. And the delivery time can vary from two weeks to four weeks. But the design, fit and style are well worth the wait. The detail they put into every garment shows these are well thought out designs. I am usually surprised and beyond impressed of my expectations when I receive a new order. I have order tons of dresses, pants, blouses, sweaters from them and have never been more pleased with their quality and services. Yes, it’s true, they’ve always responded to my inquiries within 24 hrs and have always gone beyond to provide great service. I have to admit I’m built for their styles, if you’re large boned it will be harder to find sizes that fit. …Everybody dressing like garbage here these days, look like they are going camping. Don’t let the people who are giving the bad reviews keep you from having access to amazing style and fashion. Everytime I go out people notice and I get tons of compliments. I’ve posted on here several times before, because my experience has been so different than the ones giving these negative reviews. If you’re like me and love fasion this company will make your day. I love, love LOVE Stylewe!

      • I ordered several dresses for an event. None of them fit me. I wear a 12-14 US size, bra size 38B. If you are slender and small busted these are nice dresses for the price in general. They have a great selection of styles. They are difficult and expensive to return if you need to. Sadly not worth it for me. I did give one dress to my mom who wears a US 8 petite. It fits her perfectly and looks great. It was the largest size they made in that dress. The tag said XL on the dress, FYI.

    • I ordered three dresses from Stylewe and it took almost 7 weeks to arrive. I tired to cancel the order after 6 weeks but they said no as it was already shipped. Once received, the product was very good and sizing as described, but one dress did not quite look like the photo and i wanted to return it. Read the fine print! Since they are based in China you have to pay for shipping and customs/duty to return. Not so cool from a customer standpoint. They offered 15% of purchase price as conciliation. Not good enough. They lost my business.

  9. I was interested in all of your comments. It made me certain I never want to order from them, no matter how nice their clothing looks. And, FWIW, I think Stylewe, Liligal, Rosegal, and a few others are all the same company. All of them out of China, with similar looking websites.

  10. I purchased 2 dresses from Stylewe and honestly I LOVED them. I live on the west coast and was really surpirsed when then arrived in less than a week. The quality was lovely. Both were silk, covered buttons, lined and all the seams were folded over, finished very nicely. On dress was to small and the other barely fit. I wanted the one and wanted to return the one that was too small. I requested to return the one and was utterly shocked when they made the refund and told me I could keep the dress. Returning to China just isn’t an option due to customs apparently. I was refunded in full. I love the styles, like others have said I wish I could find clothing like that without having to sell my house in order to purchase just one. I would absolutely try it again if the sizes were more true. I did have some concern that these closes being as inexpensive as they were possibly were made in sweat shops. If I ever found that to be the case, that would be the end for me. But the cost of living in China is far less than it is in the US, so it’s possible everyone is paid a full wage. I hope so.

It is not important that you have to pay the return, the important thing is that I returned with USPS and they don’t give tracking number for China and when I contacted the customer service they said, they haven’t received it! you can’t check with anyone. It is almost 2 months. I will never buy anything from here! when we have tones of options here, why to buy from China?!

  12. I will never buy from Stylewe again. Their return policy is terrible to be matched by their customer service. I tried to return two dresses and was sent a return label to CHINA. The package become untraceable after it leaves the US. It’s been 8 weeks and STYLEWE is still saying my package has not been received at their warehouse so cannot make a refund. I really think they depend on this untraceable routine so as not to make refunds. I have had many many email communications with them all with the same reply of not being able to track my return. I went on a CHAT line with the company and it was also TERRIBLE. It takes forever for them to responds to each line of text. I was on the chat line for over an hour waiting 50 minutes of that time for any response from them. The person on the CHAT LINE has no authority so my refund is still unresolved. I do not trust this company and anyone who buys from them should be extremely wary and resolved not to receive a refund. I advise DO NOT BUY FROM STYLEWE.

  13. There was a blouse I loved on the StyleWe site by Kelly Zhang who’s label was Arne. Suddenly, the blouse and the rest of her designs were no longer available. One day I noticed one of her skirts in an online ad for Dezzal . Made me think she was legit. Only problem was they had all her old stuff, and some new – but no blouse. If I was industrious I could make it as I have all the measurements from the StyleWe site. I did spot some known-ish designers on StyleWe plus their submissions guidelines also give them credence. Loved the sweater I got from them too.

      • This is a warning to anyone who purchases clothing from Stylwe. I ordered $184.00 of clothing from this company. What attracted me to the site was the great website, beautiful clothing and style. The site offered help with sizing and I bought with confidence. I ordered 3 dresses, totalling $184.00. They arrived as pictured on the website, they were beautiful but sizing was off for me and I wanted to exchange. I contacted customer service and I found out that the way to exchange was to ship items back to China, that was the receiving center. I found it most peculiar also that they offered me a 25% discount on my next order to “just keep the clothes instead” and not return them. I didn’t understand why I should just keep the clothes!! How stupid of me!! I paid $50.00 to send these items back to “China”, instead. I contacted the company 8 weeks later, and the response was, that they did not receive my package/return, and that the shipping label was not pre-paid! What?? I knew it wasn’t prepaid….I paid to ship it back!!! What kind of answer is that? So basically I sent them $184.00 to buy the dresses, and then I sent the dresses back, plus paid for the $50.00 to ship!!! So that’s how they make money! Keeping merchandise to re-sell, and also to keep the customers money!! What a wonderful way to make money from customer’s, its genius!!!! It is also illegal business practice. I will never recommend this company to anyone. What a regrettable experience, as they said they ” never received my return, and that I should contact my carrier that I used to send it back.” How can this be corrected? It is on me, no fixing this one for me and this regrettable mistake will not happen again. I am reporting this to the better business bureau and I will post everywhere and anywhere that I can about this fraudulent business.

      • What Kim on December 17, 2017 at 1:32 PM wrote is practically my IDENTICAL EXPERIENCE with StyleWe. The one difference that my story has is that it’s been FOUR MONTHS since I sent my package back to China. THANK YOU for acknowledging that once the package leaves the U.S. it is untraceable. StyleWe keeps putting it back on me to locate the item. I am furious; with them and with myself for getting scammed. I am out over $200 and I cannot for the life of me locate a supervisor’s name or phone number. Every time I contact customer service to “chat”, I am provided with the same identical information each and every time. I wish I could get my money back somehow. One reviewer stated she received a 100% refund for a torn dress. I would love to know how she managed to do that. This “you need to find your package” line is baloney and really making me sick to my stomach. This company should be closed down for stealing and lying to the customers.

  14. I purchased three dresses last August to possibly wear to a wedding. They arrived two weeks later without any problems. I live in Los Angeles California so I know I am the first stop from China. I knew they were made in in China by cheap Chinese labor and was willing to take a risk. The dresses were worth the $49, $59, and about $99 i spend on each. None fit me to my great disappointment as they were all cut for a youthful thin junior type figure. All were short waist ed and no room for boobs at all. I am regular size 12, Not fat but but I do have breasts. I ordered a XXL in the one dress I liked best suspecting the sizing might be running very small based on the looks of the models on the website. That dress fit me everywhere but the chest. If I were 17 and straight up and down it would have been perfect. I did not ever consider a return as I knew they were from CHINA and did not think the return process would go well. I thought the dresses were nicely made and for the price, just fine. The expensive one was very full, fabric lovely quality, and lush and fully lined in the bodice. A far as complaining about designers, ANYONE who creates something is a designer. So their statement is not untruthful. I will not buy from them again because I know the clothes won’t fit me. Wish they did. I gave to my scrawny shaped girlfriend. She is in love and want to buy off the site. I do not think they are a scam company like some others out of China.

I ordered a dress(for my friend , who didn’t have a paypal account) and although the money was taken out the day of purchase, it has been over 2 weeks and they tell me that the item is on its way.
They gave me a tracking number and it shows that the item was not shipped until 7/6(12 days after order) and is in New Jersey.
    Will see but not convinced.

Should the Attorney General get involved? If this was an American company they would be prosecuted and shut down not sure how international companies work. I hate to see people duped.

  17. I had a horrible experience shopping here. I too was taken in by the adorable and unique clothing. After months of looking, I carefully selected a dress and took my measurements to be sure I had the right size. The dress came much later than expected and, when it arrived, I was shocked by how cheap it looked. I mean, Wal Mart CHEAP but not Wal Mart prices. It can’t possibly be the same dress as the one in the picture. Plus, the hook on the dress was defective. The dress was also very loose and lumpy looking. Just HIDEOUS.

The day after I tried on the dress, I asked for a return address as they do not give you a return address at the outset. They would not let me return or exchange it. They didn’t care that I was a first-time purchaser. I BEGGED them to let me return it, especially since it was defective.

I had the same shipping experience but when I finally got them, they looked like they were made in someone’s garage. They were different sizes, (though said the same size), and whoever cut out the shoe inside had to have been under 5 years old. I had to laugh until I thought about the $100 I spent. They never returned emails. Won’t take the chance.

  21. I highly doubt there are any “designers” at Stylewe, and I’ll tell you why. I noticed a beautiful jacket on Stylewe some months back. It was a little out of my budget (approx. $600, as I recall), but I saved it to Favorites for future reference. Then I had the bright idea to see if the same jacket was available elsewhere cheaper. It sure was—NOT! The Stylewe jacket was a Gucci knockoff! I’m pretty sure a lot, if not most, of the clothes there are pirated. So for that reason, and probably because they don’t pay their seamstress very much, I don’t think I’ll be shopping there, much as I like their clothes.

    • I have been wondering about the same things, their designers and seamstress. I’ve seen clothes of same designs carrying different designer names. Also, the quality of their products are very bad. The cuts and other details along with the cheap materials used tell me that those clothes are being made by either unskilled or inexperienced people. I don’t know much about making clothes but I do recognize good or bad qualities of final products.

I purchased what I thought was a well made sweater for my 92yr old grandmother for Christmas and mailed it to her in New Jersey; I am in California. When she went to put it on last week she noticed a 4 inch seam on the shoulder was not sewn. I reached out to StyleWe via email asking for an exchange which was well within the 30 window from Christmas. I was told under no circumstance will they accept past 30 days of the purchase date which was early December. I tried to explain the situation with the only purpose of an exact item exchange however, I heard back from 5 different customer service reps answering my inquiry all stating they will not help us. I’m shocked! Apparently they do not stand behind their product and obviously offer zero consideration to help their clients. SHAMEFUL.

I used different designers, but only one of the 3-items fit. After reading about nightmare returns, I’m reluctant to return the other 2 outfits. The 1st 2-deliveries arrived in 8-days; however, the 3rd item was hung up in customs. I received it after 14-days.

Overall, I rate StyleWe 5-stars for design, because their fashions are unique. However, their designers need a better understanding of the body-type of their intended market. Because of the huge inconsistency in sizing, I give StyleWe an overall score of 3-1/2 stars out of a possible 5, if 5 is the highest.

  25. Check out Art of Cloth. I have purchased many pieces over the years including a coat. Each piece is created and made by women located outside Cleveland OH. They wash beautifully and last for years. Moreover, they are unique. There’s nothing not to like. https://artofcloth.com/

  26. Love the fashion forward designs. Return rate for me is a big 50%. Paying for return shipping has bothered me-I feel like I’ve just paid for the experience for trying something on! Returns were because of misrepresenting color and sizing . As careful as I am-still some items don’t fit. I am reluctant to give up ordering as the designs and styling is so perfect for my personality.

  27. I bought a dress back in May for $ 104, I was just amazed with the fabric the and the style. last month they put the same style on sale for less than $ 40. I was so exited I ordered 3 dresses, when they arrived I was so disappointed, the size conversion they have is completely wrong , the website says that XXL is US 12, Wrong!!! all the tree dresses did not pass my head when I tried them. I want to exchange them but they are making me go through hell , basically doing every thing not to exchange the dresses , I don’t have time for their none sense, I will just give up, and loose the money.

I like some styles they have, but because of their customer service and return/exchange policy, I will never buy from them again.

  28. I read this post AFTER I’d already placed an order with Stylewe. I knew I was taking a risk but I saw a couple I pieces it seemed worth gambling on. One of the is the same dress you featured!! Hoping it doesn’t take 5 weeks. I am realistic about the quality for the price. Thanks for your review. Very through.

  29. I love the clothing on the stylewe website. Unfortunately the fit is weird and the fabric is cheap. Fortunately returns were easy. I tried it twice. I really wanted it to work out.

  30. I ordered two similar dresses which is one for me and my best friend. What surprised me was both of us tried out the same dress size S;but it doesn’t fit right. It doesn’t made for Americans.
Another issue was when we browsed StyleWe website, we found out the same dress came with different designers and with different prices. Beware! We sent them an email and took them weeks to reply. Their explanations are they came from different designers, so the material should be different. They refused to issue refund.

  31. I ordered two coats and they look exactly as they should but the fitted coat doesn’t fit right across the shoulders and chest, too tight! I ordered up one size (M) thinking I could at least get it altered if too big as I usually wear a small, I will return and order another looser style coat as they have so many fabulous designs. Keep in mind that the fabric is not going to be top grade but the prices are so low and the designs are wonderful. I used Pay Pal and my order was shipped within 7 days. I always have my online orders shipped to work, I would never trust shippers leaving it outside my front door.
